All shipments will be made via DHL if not otherwise requested. All shipments are fully insured. We ship worldwide. If goods are in stock, shipments to North America and Canada, will take approximately 3 working days. For Europe and the U.K. once shipped the delivery time is 5 working days.

If goods are not in stock, the production time is four weeks, and allow for the aforementioned shipping times. There is a government form charge on all shipments of USD 15.00 that is charged per shipment. However if several items are shipped in one shipment the charge will only apply once.
